Wow for under $40 ! My room was Great! Looks like they just updated the furniture and bedding and it's was pretty clean. Parking spots are very small but other than that I'm happy!

This is a great little spot. I have stayed here twice over the past 5 years and never had any problem. It's a no frills affordable stay and everyone nice. It is a little pricey for what you get but not by much.
